German speaking Reception Shift Leader / Receptionist for K+K Hotel George, London

All 154 air-conditioned guestrooms and public areas were refurbished in 2009. 200 meters from the Underground station - Earl's Court. Duties include meeting and greeting guests, check in/checkout, dealing with enquiries, answering calls and undertaking administrative duties. Concierge experience desirable. You must be well presented, have an excellent telephone manner, exceptional customer service skills and good computer knowledge. Quality live-in accommodation available.

The successful candidate will be a Hotel School graduate.

Fluent in spoken and written English and German.

A minimum of 1 years experience at a quality 4* hotel.

Previous London experience an advantage.
